Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. HOW TO START A RETURN Contact us at hello@pawandmate.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions by email. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by email once your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. EXCHANGES The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the replacement item separately. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under 
the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with goods, 
you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor 
failures, you are entitled to have the problem fixed. 
Nothing in this return policy limits or excludes any rights 
you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
